SANDAG Refinances Toll Road Debt, Saves $147 Million Over Life of Loans - Big Savings as South Bay Expressway Celebrates Ten Years in Operation (2017) (Attachment)

SANDAG FasTrak Retail Program - Proposals accepted on an ongoing basis
SANDAG is seeking proposals from qualified retailers to sell FasTrak® transponders valid for use on Express Lanes, such as those on Interstate 15, and toll facilities, like the South Bay Expressway. The current SANDAG FasTrak customer base includes more than 70,000 accounts. As SANDAG works to grow the FasTrak program and develop new facilities, the number of accounts is expected to grow dramatically. To serve this expanded customer base, SANDAG is seeking partnerships with retail locations where potential customers can easily pick up a transponder.
